Very well located, but food and service could be much better. Waited two days to have a problem In my bathroom fixed.

I chose a bungalow room which was near the beach and had a nice view. I'm not sure I would have liked the experience of the rooms in the main building. Several pools also beach lounges.

The front desk was often slow, including upon check in, without any acknowledgement of your presence so this made for a poor first impression - one could have hesitated to check in at all... Food was not a strong point.

Great pools and beautiful gardens. Plenty of space on the beach to walk. Stunning ocean views from the rooms.

The staff was not friendly at all, and the room was run down and not taken care of. The food at the hotel was way too expensive, no local options available.

Location in a nice beach, away from the crowded central Porto de galinhas beach, but within a short taxi ride. Good for long walks and according to the tide, there are natural pools with very warm water. The pools complex at the hotel is excellent and overlooks the ocean.

My room had air conditioning but I would like also a ceiling fan, because the air conditioner was quite noisy and not really required at night if there was a ceiling fan.

Located near a private beach, this hotel offers easy access to bars and other beaches. Rooms are well-maintained and comfortable. The breakfast buffet features a variety of fresh foods. The pool is great and the lifeguard on duty ensures safety.

Some staff members have limited English proficiency, which can make communication difficult.

I was especially impressed with the front desk service and help. Americans and English language are not that common in ne Brazil - and the front desk went way out their way to help us feel comfortable. The beach is beautiful,the water warm, the sun is almost too much. The layout of the pool area is a work of art. I especially appreciated the convenient beach showers allowing easy, quick wash off of salt water and sand. The town of Galinhas has good restaurants and fun shopping with the beach right there. Only regret time did not allow a longer stay.

North East Brazil is booming. A new expressway is being built to service the new demand resulting in terrible traffic problems. Allow much extra time to reach any destination.

Relaxing and Beautiful Beachfront Experience

We had a wonderful time at the resort, enjoying the beautiful beachfront and peaceful atmosphere. The location was fantastic, with stunning views and plenty of coconut trees to provide shade. We spent most of our days lounging on the beach in the hotel's sun umbrellas or relaxing in a hammock with a fantastic sea view. The lifeguards ensured our safety while swimming in the ocean. The facilities, including the swimming pools and green area, were excellent and well-maintained. The bars and restaurants offered delicious food and live shows, making our evenings enjoyable. Although some staff had limited English, everyone was polite and helpful. We were so impressed with our stay that we definitely intend to come back. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and beautiful beachfront experience.

During my Xmas holiday at this beach resort, I was impressed by the stunning view of the ocean and the beautiful sandy beach. The warm and friendly staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants.

The only downside of my stay was the uncomfortable pillows provided in my room. They were too flat and not supportive enough, which resulted in a difficult night's sleep.

The hotel's location was very convenient, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas. We were impressed by the impeccable service we received, including room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and airport shuttle. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist us with any needs or questions we had. The rooms were well-appointed and had all the amenities we required, such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and a balcony. We also enjoyed the delicious food offered at the hotel's dining restaurant, which served a continental breakfast and had a poolside snack bar. The leisure facilities, including the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and spa & wellness centre, provided the perfect opportunity for relaxation and rejuvenation. we highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends, as it exceeded our expectations in terms of luxury, comfort, and quality services.

Staying here was amazing! Right on the beautiful beach with breathtaking views. The hotel facilities were top-notch with three stunning pools. The cleanliness of the resort was impeccable. The breakfast was fresh with a huge variety of delicious food and drinks. The staff was extremely helpful and professional in assisting me with all my needs. Access to the nearby beaches was convenient, making this the perfect location for exploring the area.
